Cake with oat biscuits
400 g oatmeal cookies
200 g margarine
? glass water
? glass currant
2 glass sugar
5 tbsp. cocoa powder
2 tsp. grated orange peel
Pour the sugar with hot water and boil the syrup to cool it.
Soften the margarine and RUB it with cocoa, pour in the sugar syrup and stir.
Put layers in the form alternately cream and biscuits.
The surface of the cake cleanser, make currant and sprinkle with orange zest.
Stand the cake in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to apply.
