Apple pie with apricots
Charlotte - so versatile pastries that everybody likes! Judge for yourself: the air is incredibly soft dough, juicy filling, sweetness and acidity are perfectly balanced. This piece of cake is perfect for Breakfast and evening tea with the family. And if you decorate it with some cream, and cake pie will go well.
Ingredients you will need the most simple:
- 4 eggs
- 1 glass sugar
- 150 g wheat flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 5 tbsp. sour cream
- 170 g sugar
- 10-12 apricots
- pinch salt
Cooking will take you about an hour of time.
Method of preparation:
If you have a food processor, this recipe can be considered simple. Mix first the sour cream with sugar.
Eggs released from the shell, enter them one by one, along the way, interfering with 1 tablespoon of wheat flour.
Enter all measuring off amount of flour, add a little salt, baking powder. The dough is kneaded with a mixer for about 3 minutes or whisk for 5 minutes.
Apricots wash thoroughly, cut each fruit 8-10 parts, evenly distributed in the dough. Spread resulting mixture into the baking dish. Bake for 35-40 minutes in a preheated 190 � C oven. Readiness check with a wooden skewer.
Decorate with powdered sugar and cocoa. Using stencils and cocoa can make drawings. Serve with a scoop of vanilla or butter cream and topped with whipped cream.
