Salmon and crab "under a fur coat"
What you need:
70 g marinated salmon
70 g peeled canned crab
70 g boiled potatoes
50 g cooked carrots
0.5 avocado
70 g boiled beets
80 g 70 mayonnaise
6 anchovy fillets
5 halves of boiled quail eggs
1 h. l. caviar
1 -2 Escape chives
One anchovy fillets, finely chopped and mixed with mayonnaise. Vegetables grate, Avocado cut into small pieces.
All the ingredients are individually mixed with mayonnaise. Then put all the layers in a serving ring in the following order: salmon, avocado, crab, carrots, potatoes and beets (Part beet leave for decoration).
Post soak in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Remove from the refrigerator and gently remove the ring. Put a ring around the rolled anchovies with quail eggs in halves. On each egg put a little caviar and chives. In a circle to put the remaining beetroot.
