Minced meat with onions
500 g meat
1-2 onions
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
black pepper
salt
Meat rinse, chop and mince, then fry in oil in a pan, again through a meat grinder.
Finely chop the onion, fry in butter, combine with meat, together with formed during the quenching of meat juice, pepper and salt.
At the request of the meat, you can add finely chopped dill or parsley.
