Meat patties with cabbage
500 g beef or veal
200 g cabbage
1 egg
1 onions
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
black pepper
salt
Finely shred the cabbage, rinse it in boiling water, leave for 15 minutes, squeeze.
Mince the meat with the onions, add the cabbage, egg and herbs, pepper and salt, stir.
