Meat rolls with cranberry
1 kg steak without fat (veal, beef)
100 g berries cranberries
50 g butter

Fry the rolls on high heat for 3-5 minutes and place in oven preheated to 200 degrees, covered with foil. For 15-20 minutes until cooked, remove the foil. Cooking time depends on thickness of meat and the size of the rolls (from 30 to 60 minutes). When serving, do not forget to remove the thread!
