Siberian pelmeni (vintage)
Required Products:
500 g dough dumplings
300 g pork fat - pulp
300 g poultry or game - pulp
2 onions - head
Clove powder
ground black pepper
salt
1 Art. l. wheat flour

The pulp of pork and poultry or game twice mince, add finely chopped onion, spices and minced peremeshat.Iz dough formed into dumplings. Boil their meals in a small amount of salted boiling water, broth to a saturated.
For the sauce, fry the flour until a brownish color, dilute broth until thick cream, add the oil, salt and pepper.
Post dumplings hot sauce bay. Can be put in the broth.
