Pork tenderloin baked with garlic and cheese
500-700 g cut one piece
1 clove garlic
80 g cheese
1 tbsp. melted butter
salt
pepper
Cut lard thin slices of garlic and cheese, pepper and a little salt. Larded tenderloin put into a pan, pour oil, put in preheated oven and bake until tender. Tenderloin in the oven will swell, the garlic will be reduced, and the melted cheese will give the meat sharpness.
