Plum Clafoutis
1 glass flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
2 pcs. eggs
2.5 glass milk
600 g plums
2 Art. l. sugar
2 Art. l. powdered sugar
2 Art. l. peeled almonds, chopped
Sift the flour, pour a slide, do the middle groove, add eggs and a glass of milk. Knead the dough. Pour the remaining milk and whisk to avoid lumps. Wash plums, split in half, remove the seeds. Put in a baking dish cut down. Sprinkle with sugar and almonds, pour the batter. Put the form in the preheated to a temperature of 200 degree oven and bake for 20 minutes until the cake has risen and golden. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
