Tartlets from the dough with chicken and tomatoes
For the dough:
300 g wheat flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show
200 g butter
3 egg yolk
salt to taste
For the filling:
250 g meat cooked chicken
5-6 tomatoes
4 eggs
1 tsp. chopped dill
pepper
salt
To prepare the pastry and spread it on the molds. Each mold with the dough three quarters fill with stuffing and place in a well heated oven. When the edges of the dough begins to brown, reduce the heat and dipecat on low heat.
Filling: cooked chicken meat cut into small cubes, just chop the tomatoes, peeled and seeds, dry them in the colander. RUB the yolks with salt, pepper and dill, mix with meat and tomatoes, together with the beaten egg whites.
