Toasts with shrimps
Ingredients:
250 g shrimp cooked unpeeled
150 g green beans - fresh or frozen
4 bbely bread without crust - a piece
2 Art. l. margarine
100 g sour cream
1 h. l. lemon juice
1/2 h. l. grated lemon zest
Clean the prawns. Cook the beans in salted water to make it soft, but not seethe. Drain the water.
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Toast the bread and spread with margarine. On each piece put a few green beans, pour the sauce on top and then lay the shrimp. Arrange sprigs of dill and lettuce leaves.
