Roasted duck
Required products:
1 PCs duck
3 l the kvass
1/2 kg mushrooms - 1
1/2 tbsp. salt
1/2 glass herbs of thyme chopped
Processed duck wash, pour a brew for 4-6 hours, then Pat dry, RUB with salt and herbs.
Mushrooms chopped and fill them duck.
Stuffed duck bake in the oven until tender.
Served hot.
