Garlic sauce with nuts
250 g Nuts (walnuts, chopped,)
0.3 Sugar and salt (in a teaspoon)
250 ml Water (heated to boiling water)
3 Garlic (cloves)
15 g Cilantro and mint (on)
Vinegar (to taste)
0.5 Red pepper (cayenne can be, but better ground, with a small spoon)
Pre-nuts need scalded with boiling water and cleaned from skin. Run them through a meat grinder (twice). The resulting chips, pour a glass of boiling water, salt and pepper into a paste and drive pepper. Then, with a quarter of an hour the mixture should be put out over medium heat. For a minute or two before the expiry of the sauce you need to add mint, cilantro (or parsley), a small amount of vinegar and minced garlic.
