240 g pork or 250 gr. lamb

25 g or green onions

150 g garnish

1/4 lemon

Salt

Pieces of mutton or pork (weighing 35 to 40 grams) salt, strung on skewers and grill over charcoal. Garnish served or green onions, sliced, lemon.
