25 g or green onions

150 g garnish
1/4 lemon

Pieces of mutton or pork (weighing 35 to 40 grams) salt, strung on skewers and grill over charcoal. Garnish served or green onions, sliced, lemon. Additionally, you can submit spit-roasted tomatoes or eggplant, pickled vegetables (eggplant parisyou fat lard, salt, pepper and herbs). When serving, decorate with parsley.
