Chocolate cakes "Prague"

250 g Butter (1 pack,)

2 glass Sugar ()

4 Eggs (features, separate whites from the yolks)

2.5 glass Flour (the highest grade,)

1 Soda (teaspoon, to repay)

glass Cocoa powder (not exhaustive)

Chocolate, cinnamon (for decoration)

Butter, a cup of sugar, egg yolks, baking soda, flour and cocoa mix. Roll out the dough (not fine, up to 15mm thickness). Share on baking sheet and bake in the oven (with a quarter of an hour). Then pastries need to cool, cut into rectangles (you can choose any shape) and lubricate the cream of proteins, whipped with a glass of sugar. Decorate cakes with cinnamon and chocolate.
