Cakes Snowstorm
100 g shelled walnuts
100 g dark chocolate
50 g butter
3 eggs
1 sachet of baking powder
1/2 glass sugar
3/4 glass flour
3 Art. l. cocoa powder
3 Art. l. heavy cream
brown sugar (for decoration)
Very finely chopped nuts, chocolate is melted in a water bath by adding cream and butter.
Eggs connect with sugar beat until fluffy foam, add chocolate mass cocoa, flour and baking powder, nuts, dough of soft consistency, wrap it in foil and remove 2 hours in the cold.
Sprinkle brown sugar in a bowl, baking parchment vystelit.
Chilled dough is cut and rolled into small balls about 4 cm in diameter, roll each cake in sugar, lay on a baking sheet and bake cakes Snowstorm in a preheated 190 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
