1 kg smoked pork ham

1 onion

1 carrot

roots

spices

Ham roll or put in a pot with cold water and cook on low heat until half cooked, add the onions, carrots, roots, spices and continue cooking until cooked meat. Remove the meat and serve hot with vegetables or growing cold with salads, potatoes. Broth from the refrigerator can be used the next day for soup.
