Stuffed cabbage
1 head of cabbage
800 ml broth
0.5 glass sour cream
200 g ground beef
1 onion
2-3 Art. l. fat
0.5 glass bread crumbs
0.5 glass cooked rice
1 Art. l. flour

pepper and salt to taste
Bacon and onion mince, add the minced meat, flour, biscuits, rice, egg yolks, salt and pepper and mix. Cabbage soften over the steam, separate the leaves and wrap them in a spoonful of stuffing. Place the cabbage in a pan with the broth, bring to a boil, add the cream and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Also cabbage can cook in a double boiler.
