20 l water
4 kg honey
100 g yeast
50 g hop
Dissolve the honey in 20 l of water, add to the resulting solution hops, boil the solution for 1 hour, then strain the wort and add 100 g of yeast.
Pour beer in fermentation vessels, leave on for 5-6 days at room temperature, with an open hole.
After 5-6 days the hole clogging, clean the tub in a cool place.
After 2-3 days domestic beer "Russian", you can bottle it and store it in a cool place.
