Fried rice with herbs
400 g dlinozernogo rice
2 h. l. vegetable oil
1 onions, cut into thin half-rings
2 cloves garlic, minced
6 arrow green onions, chopped
2 large pods of green pepper, finely chopped
1 glass fresh cilantro leaves
1 h. l. White sugar
salt and freshly ground black pepper
coriander leaves for decoration
Cook the rice in a large saucepan of salted boiling water. Fold the rice in a sieve or colander, let it sit for a few hours to all of the water glass.
Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and saute method Stir frying for 3 minutes or until softened onions. Add green onions and green pepper and cook for 1 minute.
Add the rice and fry Stir frying method for 6 minutes, the rice has a good warm up. Remove from heat, add the cilantro. Salt and pepper to taste.
Put in a bowl, sprinkle with cilantro.
