Cabbage marinated in Georgian
1 kg cabbage
1/4 glass the fruit vinegar - 1
1/2 glass water - 2
100 g sugar
10 allspice - peas

30 g salt
5 g coriander (seeds)
5 g caraway (seeds)

Clean cabbage finely chopped, mixed with salt (half of normal). Slightly fray hands, wring out, put in a jar. Pour the cooled marinade.
