Classic French omelet
5 eggs
1 Art. l. sour cream
salt, spices - to taste
Red-hot frying pan without oil. Put it in the sour cream. Wait a bit sour when evaporated and carefully pour in the eggs. Salt, pepper and immediately turn off the flame, cover and let scrambled "approach" for about 10 minutes.
