Cherry compote with natural spices
600 g cherries (in a quart jar)
Whole or stoned fruits fill the jars to 2/3, all the time to shake berries formed as fully as possible. Bring water to a boil and throw it in a few buds of clove, allspice, or a pinch of vanilla sugar and fill jars with fruit. Sterilize: liter jars - 15 minutes, two-liter - 20 minutes.
