"Holiday" cutlets
200 g ground beef
200 g cooked pasta
100 g boiled peas
30 g spinach
2 boiled eggs
2 cloves of garlic
1 egg
1 onions
5 Art. l. vegetable oil
3 Art. l. ketchup
1 Art. l. chopped dill
ground black pepper
salt
Finely chop the garlic and onions, combine with minced meat, add dill, egg, pepper and salt, stir, 2 cakes molded from the resulting mass.
Put in the middle of each cake and 1 whole egg wrapped boiled spinach, combine cake edges so as to obtain a cutlet.
First fry the patties in butter until tender to bring in the oven.
Peas and pasta mix, season with butter, put into a cylindrical shape on a dish, put a number of burgers.
Such "Holiday" burgers like all the guests and home and are perfect as the first on New Year's table.
