Bigus in Galicia with pork
1 kg of cabbage (fresh or pickled)
500 g pork
300 ml beef broth
100 g onions
100 g tomato paste
50 g pork fat
10 g vinegar
Bay leaf
sugar
black pepper, salt
To make this Ukrainian dishes can be taken as fresh cabbage, and pickled.
