Beef with aromatic herbs
700 g beef tenderloin
400 g parsley, basil and dill
1 yolk
4 Art. l. olive oil
1 h. l. finely chopped rosemary
ground black pepper
salt
To prepare the sauce:
8 tomatoes without seeds and skins
1 onions
1 clove of garlic
2 Art. l. butter
