Roast in a simple carp
4 small carp
4 sprigs of parsley
1 lemon
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
ground black pepper
salt
Karpov clean, gut, wash, dry.
Squeeze the juice of a lemon.
Sprinkle the fish with lemon juice, pepper and salt inside and out, oiled, roast on the grill until done.
Served fried carp in a simple way with herbs and lemon.
