Karas prepare, season with salt and place in a saucepan and cover with cold water, add the onion and spices, cook until tender.
Preparation of sauce: lightly fry in butter flour, add a little broth in which cooked carp, sour cream, stir, cook for 5-10 minutes on low heat.
Before serving carp in sour cream sauce laid out on a platter, garnish boiled potatoes and filled with cooked cream sauce.
