Potatoes Peru style
600 g Potato
140 g processed cheese
40 g olive oil
50 g cream
lemon juice
1 onion
ground pepper
Cream cheese, olive oil, milk or cream combined and triturated to obtain a homogeneous mixture. The mixture is heated, add the lemon juice into it, browned onion and pepper strongly. Potatoes are cleaned, boiled whole and pour sauce. For potatoes served green salad.
