Potatoes, braised in milk
300 g milk
what kind of milk should I choose? we'll show
40 g butter
5 g wheat flour
1 kg potatoes
salt
Potatoes peel and cut into cubes, pour hot water and cook for 10 minutes
RUB the flour with the butter and dissolve the mixture of warm milk.
Add milk mixture to the prepared potatoes and simmer until it is ready to simmer at a low boil.
