Burgers meat "Under the hood"
1 kg mixed meat
2 onions
2 sweet red pepper
1 egg
Sauce:
100 g cheese
2 eggs
1 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show
Pepper, salt beef, beat the egg, mix thoroughly, molded pellet of about 7-8 cm in diameter and not more than 1.5 cm thick, put on a baking tray, greased with vegetable oil, making the center of each recess.
Chop the onion and pepper cubes, stir.
Sauce: beat eggs with mayonnaise and ketchup, salt, add grated cheese, stir.
Put on each cutlet 1 tbsp. of the filling of vegetables and 1 tablespoon sauce.
Bake meatballs meat "Under the hood" for about 40 minutes until cooked on Christmas buffet served hot.
