Stuffed beef "Christmas"
800 g beef tenderloin at least 6 cm thick
1 egg
? tsp. honey
black pepper

For the filling:
50 g dried mushrooms
15 g bread (crumbs)
1 small carrots
1 onions
3-4 tbsp. mayonnaise

Egg whisk with ? cups of water, add pepper and salt, soak in the meat, put into the cold night.
Not cutting the sides, cut the piece of meat with a sharp knife blind pocket.
For the filling, finely chop the onion, fine julienne carrots, join, add mushrooms (soak, boil and chop), crumb of bread, mayonnaise, pepper and salt.
Stuff filling the pocket with toothpicks to secure the inlet.
Honey mixed with ? tsp. water and coat the meat.
Preparing stuffed beef "Christmas" in the sleeve for baking at 180 degrees in the oven for 10-20 min to complete the baking temperature can be increased to 220 degrees to get Golden brown. In total until cooked meat needs to be kept in the oven for about an hour.
To check the readiness of a knife or metal skewer (should be easy to pass through the meat fibers).
