Meatballs with cream
1 kg chicken meat
5 potatoes
2 eggs
1 Apple
1 pickles
1 the bunch of parsley
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
breadcrumbs
black pepper
salt
Peel and boil the potatoes, then mash it to connect with ground chicken, mix well, add egg, chopped parsley, pepper and salt.
Sformovat stuffing tortillas in the center of each to put on a piece of Apple or pickles, connect the edge, to shape the meatballs.
To moisten chops in beaten egg, breaded in bread crumbs, then fry on both sides until Golden brown.
