Chicken soup with walnuts
1 chicken
200 g onions
2 tbsp. chopped walnuts
cilantro
parsley
black pepper
vinegar
salt
Cut the chicken into pieces.
Finely chop the herbs and onions, to connect them with nuts, pepper and salt, put in a pan layers, alternating with pieces of chicken.
Pour over the ingredients the water so that it completely covers them, sprinkle with vinegar and simmer until tender, stirring occasionally.
Before serving, sprinkle the soup with chopped parsley.
