300 ml boiling water
3 tbsp. black tea granulated
1,5 tsp. black pepper
1,5 tsp. salt
1 ham, loin or other large piece of meat
the dry dill
soy sauce
spices to taste
Boiling water to brew the tea, strain it, add all the spices and seasonings, allow to cool.
Marinate meat in tea with spices for 40-50 minutes
