Lean bean porridge "Motley"
300 g beans
1-2 Bay leaves
1 pinch of coriander
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 pinch of ginger
? carrots
1 tbsp. chopped celery
1 tbsp. minced parsley root
1 tbsp. chopped root parsnips
1 tsp. sugar
vegetable oil
red and black pepper
salt
Soak the beans in water for 3 hours, then add spices, water and sugar, boil the beans until tender, add salt, add spices, cook for about 10 minutes
Before serving, lean bean porridge Mixed dressed with oil and decorated with greenery.
