Pork is the Carpathian
500 g pork
2 eggs
4 tbsp. grated cheese
2 tbsp. margarine
1 tbsp. cumin
pepper, salt
Pork to prepare, wash, cut into four pieces, each piece repel, RUB with pepper and salt.
The egg split in a bowl, whisk, dip the slices of pork in egg, then roll in grated cheese mixed with cumin.
Next, slices of pork put in a pan or a greased baking pan and fry or bake in the oven at medium heat until tender.
Served pork is the Carpathian with roasted potatoes and fresh greens.
