100 g tomato paste
2 pickles
2 cloves garlic
1/2 lemon
1.5 l beef broth
2-3 tablespoons thick cream
2 tablespoons chopped parsley and dill
1 tablespoons Caper
1 tablespoons red pepper
pepper, salt
Clean, finely chopped onions, bacon cut into cubes and fry with the onions.
Clean and rub garlic on a grater.
Thin stripes cut into the meat, add to the onions and bacon, put tomato paste, diced pickles, all spice red pepper and put out a few minutes.
Pour in the broth, boil for 5 minutes hodgepodge, pepper and salt to taste.
Ready halophyte "Ukrainian" seasoned with capers, lemon, herbs, served with sour cream.
