Vegetable soup
50 g cauliflower
40 g green beans
2 potatoes
2 tomatoes
1 carrot
1 onions
1 l water
1 Art. l. vegetable oil
salt
Chop the onion and carrot strips, fry them in butter.
Disassemble the cauliflower into florets, cut into pieces green beans, tomatoes and potatoes - sliced.
Ode to bring to a boil, then add the vegetables and cook for 20 minutes, put the tomatoes, salt and cook for another 5 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle the soup greens.
