Soup with giblets and mushrooms
200 g chicken heart and liver
3 cube of chicken broth
2 a handful of dried mushrooms
1 h. l. vegetable oil
1 h. l. soy sauce
green onions
salt
Mushrooms cut, boil in salted water.
Bring the volume up to 1.5 liters of water, boiled soup cubes add, giblets, soy sauce, oil, cooking to soften chicken heart.
Chopped green onions add to the soup with giblets and mushrooms before serving.
