Stuffed goose with gravy
3 kg a goose (about)
2-3 apple
1 onion
2 h. l. flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
100 ml chicken broth
1-2 h. l. cumin
salt, pepper and other spices according to taste
Rub the carcass with salt and pepper inside and out, sprinkle with caraway seeds and place inside the apple slices and cut the onion into quarters. Puncture the skin with goose in several places. In the container for baking, pour 100 ml of water with salt, put the goose back up and place in the oven for 50 minutes, occasionally basting it formed juices. Turn goose and bake another 50 minutes.
For sauce, mix the flour with a few spoonfuls of fat formed during baking, and cook 1-2 minutes, gradually adding the broth and spices. Peaches, brussels sprouts and cranberry sauce will be a great addition to this dish.
