Trout with dill sauce
200-300 g steak trout, salmon or salmon

Rinse and dry the fish, RUB with pepper and salt, brush with butter and sprinkle with lemon juice, put in the form, greased, and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
Finely chop the dill, garlic put through a press, in a separate bowl combine the garlic with butter, pepper and salt, stir, then add the dill and stir again.
Before serving trout with dill sauce is spread on a plate, poured the sauce and decorated with greenery.
