Kebab with pork and potatoes
700 g pulp pork
500 g small boiled potatoes
2-3 onions
3 lemon (juice)
2 tsp. dried thyme
black pepper
salt
Cut meat in small pieces, put in neocaledonica capacity, pepper, salt, sprinkle with thyme, finely chopped onion (1 onion), drizzle with lemon juice, leave on for 4-5 hours.
Chop the remaining onion rings.
Alternating threaded on skewers of meat, potatoes and onion, fry for half an hour, turning occasionally.
Submit skewers with pork and potatoes with fresh vegetables, garnished with parsley.
