Soup sour fast
1.5-2 l water
300 g sauerkraut
2-3 tuber Potato
1 bank corned beef
2 cloves garlic
Pour water into a saucepan, bring to a boil, put the stew, add diced potatoes.
Put the cabbage to the pan and stew for 20 minutes on a small amount of vegetable oil, add 2-3 tablespoons, if desired tomato puree.
Put the cabbage in a pan, season the soup with spices, lemon juice (if desired), salt and boil for another 10 minutes.
Garlic soup add sour fast, sliced before serving.
