Apple porridge with raisins
50 g semolina
? l apple juice
1 lemon (zest)
1 egg
1 Art. l. butter
raisins
sugar
Pour apple juice in a saucepan, bring to a boil.
Pour in the boiling juice trickle semolina with continuous stirring.
Add to mush oil, washed raisins, sugar and lemon peel, boil until tender.
When the porridge is ready, remove it from the heat and drive a raw egg, mix well.
Served apple porridge hot or cold milk.
