Cupcakes and cream "3 minutes"

200 ml cream 10-20%

2 eggs

5 tbsp. flour with slide

3 tbsp. sugar

? tsp. baking powder

vanilla sugar

Combine the cream with the vanilla and regular sugar, whisk for about 15-20 seconds.

Whip eggs, add the baking powder and the flour and mix to the consistency became homogeneous.

Pour the dough on the forms, filling them halfway.

To make muffins and cream 3 minutes at 190 degrees for about half an hour until Browning.
