300 g mushrooms
4-5 potatoes
2 processed cheese
1 onions
Water to boil, add the sliced potatoes, grated cheese, sauteed with onions and mushrooms.
Cook soup with cheese and mushrooms until tender, before serving, add the chopped parsley.
