Turkish buns "Poacha" for breakfast
200 ml plain yogurt
some yogurt to choose? we'll show
100 g butter
60 ml vegetable oil
10 g baking powder
3 glass flour
1 egg
3-4 Art. l. sesame different color
? h. l. salt
Combine yogurt, vegetable oil, baking powder, mix well.
Melt butter, combine with yogurt mixture to enter the flour, knead the dough soft and delicate consistency, remove for 20 minutes in the cold.
Lightly beaten egg, the dough is divided into 12 parts of the same size, molded of them buns.
Dip in egg rolls, fried in sesame, spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Cooking Turkish buns "Poacha" breakfast for half an hour at 190 degrees.
