Ingredients:

1 kg strawberry timber

1 kg sugar

Wash in cold water berries (if no visible impurities, they can not wash) by gently mixed with sugar and shift in glassware for 8-10 hours. Then ultimately offer berries in a bowl for cooking jam, put on low heat and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes, remove from heat and leave for a few hours to cool down completely. Repeat this procedure (five-minute boiling and subsequent cooling) 3-4 times. In this case, the berries soaked in sugar and seethe. Pour the jam into prepared jars, cover tightly and leave to cool.
