White cherry jam with lemon and nuts
Ingredients:
1 kg Cherry (white)
1 kg sugar
1 glass water
1/2 pcs. lemon
10-20 pcs. walnuts
Cherry (white) my, take out the bones and laying on halves or quarters walnut bones in place. Puts in an enamel bowl, cut back the lemons and pour the syrup (1 kg of cherries - 1 kg of sugar, 1 cup water, 1/2 lemon, and 10 pieces of walnuts). The remaining nuts can simply cut like lemons. Boil 3 receiving 5 minutes after boiling, and left standing between cooks for 5-6 hours. At the end of cooking, add the vanilla (optional). Very tasty and beautifully looked at the bank.
